Base fee:
  • This ticket includes registration for both days of the conference. Membership in SDCTM and SDSTA are included with conference registration.
  • Includes Friday only registration. Your membership to both SDSTA and SDCTM is included.
  • This ticket includes registration for Saturday. Membership in SDCTM and SDSTA are included with registration.
  • This ticket is for College Students / Pre-Service Teachers. Membership in SDCTM and SDSTA is included. The banquet is NOT included.
  • This registration is for college students. It includes membership in SDCTM and SDSTA but does NOT include the Friday night banquet.
  • This ticket includes registration for Saturday as well as membership in SDCTM and SDSTA.
  • This ticket is for the banquet speaker. It includes a 2-day registration, 1 banquet ticket, and includes membership to both SDSTA and SDCTM.
  • This registration is for the State Finalist. It includes 2 day registration, 2 banquet tickets, and dues to SDCTM and SDSTA.
  • This ticket is for teachers in their first year of teaching in South Dakota and includes registration for the full conference as well as membership in SDCTM and SDSTA. The cost of the banquet is not covered by the scholarship. Once Sheila (SMcQuade@OGKnights.org) has rec'd an email from the teacher's principal, the code for the ticket will be shared.

Join us in Huron for the 34th annual SD STEM Ed Conference - February 5-7, 2026!

SD STEM Ed is hosted annually by the South Dakota Council of Teachers of Mathematics (SDCTM) and the South Dakota Science Teaching Association (SDSTA).  

Paid registration now includes membership in both organizations!

This event begins with soft start math and science sharing sessions on Thursday evening, with a full conference kickoff on Friday morning. Breakout sessions continue through Friday and Saturday. Lunch(es) are included in your conference registration.

On Friday evening, there is a recognition banquet and keynote speaker. Banquet tickets are sold separately, so please ensure that you add on a banquet ticket if you wish to attend the banquet! Banquet ticket prices increase if purchased on-site and have very limited availability.

Pre-Registration rates are effective through December 15th.

  • Full conference registration (Friday and Saturday) $150
  • Full conference Student registration (Friday and Saturday) $75
  • One day (Friday) $125
  • One day (Saturday) $125
  • One day Student (Friday) $50
  • One day Student (Saturday) $50
